Mayor Schilling gets a PPO against Marv Rhinehart

According to a post on Victor Lenivov’s blog, Troy Mayor Louise Schilling has obtained a Personal Protection Order against Troy citizen Marv Reinhardt Rhinehart.

Marv does not care what he is called,,as long as it’s NOT late 4 Dinner.and…if you smile after wards..and he only listens 2 nouns,,verbs are a point of view…and the MORE u talk..the MORE u do not KNOW.
I’m not surprised she filed for and was granted a PPO from Reinhardt, troymich, marv rein or whatever name this schizo goes by. If you look at his postings on here, the freep and other sites, many contain veiled threats about riding Troy of evil people and all his posting indicate that he has serious mental issues. Good for the Mayor. Hopefully, somebody locks this guy up before he hurts someone.

At least some one has some sense in responding to this. I agree wholeheartedly with you. You’ve got to wonder who is loonier, marv or the responders that are supporting him.
I do NOT hide as a Rat,,in the DARK,,like many that attack during the LAST election,and I get many hand shakes and I go about my business in TROY.lots of funny phones call threatening 2 sue,,and some HIDE behind E-mails names..like TERROrist…that unknow attackers of open TALK, !!.but I lived with Terrorism every day< being a GM displant I always being attacked taking the "locals' jobs away,,same childish tactics used b4 as..I came back 2 TROY..YAWN..,,asking 4 what happen 2 the TAX money> it might cause some to wonder,soon.
the GREED ..is/was nothing to Compare in Early TROY,,get over it,,the Ten year is in effect.NO crimes over 10 years ,of mis-used of Tax bucks can be JAILed or Charge..but it would be to KNOW who GOT the TAX money??
Attacking with personal Negative words..from a VOICE that can come out the DARK,,is NORmal,,Leadership types attacks,as some say,,I do comment on over 100 differ web Topics,,every month,,was a HAM operator,,so I am 100′s of differ call names,,that were connected..so in military,,using their equipment came to know 1000′s,,mostly foreign,???// There are very small people using POLICE, CRANK ,phone calls <thug TACTIC's..and other CHILDish actions …TILL the problems and real ideas of correction !! DDA’s == GREED.. TROY can NOT go FORWARD,, when I was/were transfer to 3 differ GM Plants in less then three years,,I heard from fellow WORKERs..mentioned,,that their wifes,,were threaten by phone’s,,all day..and their children were attacked at the local schools..till they have 2 QUIT their JOB,,2 save their FAMILY,,and move back 2 their Home town..,SO since..I had no family or KIDS..-,,,I was the only a one that could at least try to talk to these people,groups,and others in TOWN,,that these people are under PROTECTION,,Of ME,,,and as an rosette STone ,I can normally work out a working relationships,,then those types of ATTacks,,became few,,and those were quickly encouraged to STOP.by “their own”,,,, so PLEASE pray..for this person
There have been several stories about this posted in local newspapers. Both the news and the freep have covered this story and despite what many here have speculated, the PPO does not prevent him from attending council meetings. I would ask the people who are reading this blog and responding in outrage regarding this PPO to do this. Take a few minutes and read the various posts from this guy. He goes under several names (marv rein, troymich, etc). Then watch some of the archived Troy city council meetings on the web. His comments at city council meetings mirror his postings on the web. In general, they consist of incoherent rants, tales of persecution and threats to cleanse the city of people he thinks are part of a huge conspiracy. Then ask yourself this, if somebody who spoke and acted like this kept approaching you or one of your family members would you not be a little worried about what he is capable of. His behavior suggests that he is less than mentally competent. There are plenty of people who get up and disagree with Schilling every week, including Victor, and she hasn’t taken any action against them. I don’t think that it is a stretch to consider this a special situation and believe that she really is concerned about her safety with Mr. Reinhardt. After all, they don’t just hand PPOs out like candy. You have to present evidence to a judge to justify having one placed against someone. Whether or not you agree with her politically, and I often don’t, I’m not going to criticize her for being worried about her safety when it comes to someone like this.
THE only time i see..the MAYOR is at city meets..i spend most of my time,,at the VFW,,,.
In fact in corrupt and medicated Oakland County, PPO’s are handed out like candy. To the tune of over 5000 a year.
It is a well known fact that over 60% of PPO’s are completely false and actually endanger persons who face real threats.
Yawn..the TIMe 4 personal ATTACKs,about race, culture mental or psychical abilities, should be set as side,,4 a real brain storming meets.maybe 24 hours day// “if : as the leaderships group..the DRUg tolerance groups.<these groups work weird hours,,and have their plans,,talking comments 2 these groups brought me That PPO..if u think the Mayor wanted this U r WRONG..DDA use TROY as their PIGGY BANK,.,.also we have over 7 differ higher learn centers in TROY/.
in 1966,,the Old TROY HIGH..stopped 4 threes day,,2 RE-write,,RULes of Student behavior..No classes,,just small groups of stundents working on small parts,,coming 2gether,,to Vote,,in mass,,NEW rules till sometime in 1969,,rules were TOLD 2 FELLOw..,.
