Is Troy Assistant City Manager Brian Murphy leaving Troy to assume a position in Plainfield, IL? According to the Plainfield Enterprise, the Plainfield Village Board on July 6 authorized Mayor Michael Collins to execute an employment contract with Brian to become the new village administrator.
