5 totally unqualified persons…..the best thing they can do is to cancel the whole thing appoint J Sz, wait for the new council to be elected in November and start all over again and let the new council pick their own City Manager…
2 of these candidates have been fired from at least 2 previous jobs each…and are applying all over the country…one has no managerial experience of any kind in any industry…one has been a manager for 2 years in a very small community and has no other credentials that would qualify him and the 5th is just not quailfied because she is a puppet.
When I moved to Troy 30 years ago, and went to council meetings, I believe the council were puppets then. I didn’t find an honest one sitting there, at least I find some on the council that care about the people now.

Troy’s corrupt city council can only a get what it deserves..Nelson begged 2 be let go… Council trapped this Brain ..in Nelson new JOB,,at $200k plus 7.5 bonus,,plus car,$30k move-ing expenses,2 free trips 2 troy,,$6k for that.plus another $5k for this..shows TROY produces GREAT BRAINs,,just 2 run them out of TROY.
NO manager..a PAID mayor.[deciding vote].and 6 members on council.
