Officers responded to a vacant house on a report of noise, teens on the roof, and that a black Nissan Frontier had stopped by with several teens entering it.  Responding officers located the Nissan on Norton near South Boulevard and stopped it.  The 46 year old female driver from Troy stated she had her two sons in the car with her.  Her 19 year old son was in the front seat, smelled strongly of intoxicants, had slurred speech, and staggered when he walked.  He denied drinking and refused to take a PBT.  He was issued a citation for MIP and released to his mother.  His 17 year old brother was in back.  He stated they were at the house in question where several teens were drinking, and that several were out on the roof.  He was not drinking, took and passed a PBT.  He was also released.  Officers at the house that was supposed to be vacant heard voices coming from inside, however no one responded to their knocks.  A window was found ajar.  A search using a police K-9 unit was conducted. A 20 year old male from Troy came down from a second floor area claiming his mother gave him the house and no one else was there.  As the search continued an 18 year old male from Troy fell from the attic hole onto the floor below.  Officers located empty glasses, a half empty ½ gallon bottle of Vodka, and orange juice in the house.  Both subjects were drunk.  The homeowner was contacted and confirmed no one was supposed to be inside the house.  The 20 year old refused to take a PBT.  He was cited for MIP and providing a location for illegal purposes.  Officers transported him home and while attempting to get him out of the patrol car and into his house, he began screaming obscenities at officers.  He was arrested and using profanities in public was added to his charges.  He blew .12 on a PBT in the jail.  The 18 year old blew .09 on a PBT.  He was cited for MIP and driven home.  08-16769
