Villa Park, 4/28, 1720 hrs.
Plainclothes officer observed three subjects passing around a clear plastic bag that appeared to contain dog feces walking north along Rochester from an apartment complex and enter a nearby condominium complex. A few minutes later they came running out from the condo complex, no longer carrying the bag. Upon checking, it was discovered they emptied the bag of dog feces on the hood of a car parked in the condo complex. They continued north behind the Alibi Restaurant and eventually entered the construction site behind Salsarita’s Cantina and Starbucks. There they hid behind a brick wall and began throwing rocks at vehicles parked in Salsarita’s and Starbuck’s lots, as well as vehicles driving through Starbuck’s drive thru. A vehicle in the lot was struck by a rock and sustained a small dent/scratch. The subjects continued walking north in the construction site, picked up a can of orange paint, and spray painted an obscenity on the ground. They then continued northbound where a uniformed officer arrived in the area and detained them. The 12, 14, and 16 year old males, all from Troy, were arrested, transported to the station where juvenile petitions were initiated against them, and they were TOT their parents. 8-14950
